Leveraging extensive expertise in health research, policy, and quality improvement, EMPower provides healthcare facilities with the necessary managerial support and technical assistance to adopt best practices in breastfeeding.

Our primary focus is on the EMPower Breastfeeding initiative, dedicated to promoting optimal breastfeeding norms and improving the quality of care in hospitals. By implementing the Ten Steps to Successful Breastfeeding, we assist facilities in making evidence-based changes and foster a culture of support for breastfeeding mothers.
