Empowered Paths

Empowered Paths LLC is a New Jersey coaching provider offering person-centered, non-clinical support to teens and adults of all abilities. Its mission is to help clients build confidence, develop practical skills, and create routines that support greater independence in everyday life. Coaching begins with each person’s goals, preferences, and pace, turning them into manageable steps that can be practiced in real-world settings.

The company offers life coaching focused on daily living, organization, communication, self-advocacy, confidence, and community participation. Academic coaching supports reading, writing, math, functional academics, study strategies, time management, and learning confidence. Health and wellness coaching helps clients work toward healthy routines, movement, meal planning, practical choices, and personal wellness goals, with accountability. Services are available virtually throughout New Jersey and in person where location and staff availability permit.

Empowered Paths also works with individuals and families connected to New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities services. Coaching may be provided through participating fiscal intermediaries when authorized in an individual’s plan; eligibility and approval are determined by DDD and the support team. Its services do not replace therapy, medical care, or emergency support.
