Empowered Therapy Collective

Empowered Therapy Collective is a pediatric speech and occupational therapy provider serving individuals and families in Northwest Arkansas. Its neurodiversity-affirming approach celebrates each person’s differences and focuses on supporting authentic development rather than trying to “fix” clients. The practice works with people from infancy through adulthood, including late talkers, neurodivergent individuals, and those with sensory, feeding, motor, or emotional regulation needs.

Speech therapy supports communication and language development, feeding and oral-motor skills, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). Occupational therapy addresses sensory processing, fine and gross motor development, and self-regulation. The team coordinates these services to provide collaborative care, while also offering coaching and practical strategies for parents and caregivers.

Therapy is strengths-based and client-led, with goals tailored to each individual’s skills, interests, and needs. The process begins with a free consultation, followed by a comprehensive evaluation and a personalized plan. Empowered Therapy Collective accepts a range of insurance plans and offers families a supportive partnership throughout their therapy journey.
