at Empowering Change Counseling

Empowering Change Counseling is a counseling and coaching practice supporting women and couples who want healthier relationships, greater emotional clarity, and lasting personal change. Its services are designed to help clients build confidence, establish healthy boundaries, communicate more authentically, reduce anxiety, and develop more fulfilling connections. The practice offers individual counseling and couples sessions in person, by phone, and online, with appointments available in one-, one-and-a-half-, and two-hour formats.

Couples work draws on Gottman Method training, Nonviolent Communication, Jungian-oriented depth work, and trauma-informed care. For those seeking community-based support, Empowering Change also offers women’s self-empowerment and self-care groups, journaling, art, sound healing and self-care classes, communication skills groups for men, and parenting groups for women and men. Sessions are priced according to length, and a sliding scale is available; the practice does not accept insurance.
