Empowering Others

Empowering Others Support Services is a registered National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provider offering personalized support to people with disabilities and older people. The organization aims to help participants live fulfilling, more independent lives and take part in their communities, with a focus on choice, inclusion, equality and accessibility. Its services are tailored to individual needs and goals, and are available to people from diverse backgrounds, including Indigenous and Torres Strait Islander peoples and culturally and linguistically diverse communities.

Support options include high-intensity daily personal activities for people with complex health needs, community nursing, personal care and live-in assistance. The provider also offers community participation, group and centre activities, life skills development, household tasks, shared living support, accommodation and tenancy assistance, and help with daily tasks. Additional services include life-stage transition guidance, travel and transport assistance, and support with planning, budgeting and decision-making. Its community participation program is designed to build confidence, develop interests and skills, and support participants’ NDIS goals.
