Empower Life Occupational Therapy

Empower Life Occupational Therapy is a small private practice supporting children and adults across the Central Coast and Lake Macquarie regions of New South Wales. As a registered NDIS provider, the practice offers mobile occupational therapy, bringing sessions to clients’ homes, schools, or community settings within a 30-minute radius of Hamlyn Terrace. Secure telehealth is also available, giving clients and families flexible options to suit their preferences and goals.

The practice takes a person- and family-centred approach, creating professional, engaging, and creative interventions tailored to each client’s interests and needs. Its services address fine and gross motor skills, handwriting, self-care, social skills, sensory processing, executive functioning, and emotional regulation. Empower Life Occupational Therapy also provides functional capacity assessments.

By offering therapy in familiar or convenient settings, the practice aims to make support accessible and comfortable for clients and their families. Flexible delivery allows each person to choose an environment that works for them, whether at home, online, or in the community.
