Empower Life Supported Living Limited

Empower Life is a CQC-registered supported living provider serving Sheffield, Rotherham, Doncaster, Barnsley and the East Riding of Yorkshire. The organisation supports adults aged 18–65 with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and physical disabilities, helping them live as independently as possible in their own homes and tenancies. Its approach is person-centred: support plans are tailored to each individual’s needs, goals and preferences, with dignity, choice and wellbeing at the heart of care.

Empower Life offers supported living accommodation, practical support at home and assistance to access community activities, build social connections and gain confidence. Specialist services include autism care, mental health support, and support for adults with learning or physical disabilities. The organisation says its trained team provides compassionate, reliable assistance and matches individuals with suitable support workers. Getting started involves speaking with the team, arranging a free initial assessment and developing a tailored support plan. With a focus on independence, safety and meaningful community participation, Empower Life aims to help people build fulfilling lives while giving families greater peace of mind.
