Emsalo is a Turkish business directory that helps people compare service providers using data gathered from companies’ own websites and publicly available map listings. It covers 83,853 businesses across 81 provinces and seven sectors: beauty salons, dental clinics, plumbing and climate control, hotels, carpet cleaning, cleaning companies, and upholstery cleaning. Users can search by sector, specific service, or location, and compare company profiles using consistent information such as contact details, services, website presence, social media, and publicly available Google ratings.

Emsalo also shows evidence for listed services and identifies the source of its findings, while leaving unknown information visible rather than concealing gaps. Its published profile score uses fixed weights for data completeness, website quality, Google ratings, domain age, and documents or certifications; the score cannot be purchased. The platform says it verifies businesses sector by sector and provides ways for companies to report incorrect information, request corrections, or ask to have a listing removed
