EMSI

EMSI is an incident and emergency management services provider serving government and industry clients in the United States and internationally. Founded in 2000, the organization brings together experienced all-hazards practitioners who help agencies and organizations prepare for, train for, and respond to emergencies of many types and scales. Its expertise centers on the Incident Command System (ICS), which EMSI supports through training, exercises, coaching, and operational response services.

EMSI offers ICS and emergency management courses covering incident leadership, team and position training, hazardous materials, public information, and national response frameworks. Its exercise services include tabletop and full-scale scenarios, planning, coaching, evaluation, and after-action reporting. During incidents, EMSI can provide response support, just-in-time training, responder coaching, incident management team services, crisis communications and public information assistance, and incident command post equipment and supplies. The organization also provides preparedness resources and web-based training and support. EMSI’s cadre includes practitioners with experience in incident leadership and response, helping clients strengthen readiness and apply ICS across disciplines and levels of government and industry.
