Emulous Martial Arts is an award-winning martial arts school and fitness centre in Bedlington, North-East England. Led by multi-discipline kickboxing world champion Kenn Forrest, the school brings together traditional martial arts values—discipline, control and respect—with modern, science-backed training. Children aged 6 to 13 can join structured 60-minute classes that support learning, confidence and connection with peers. For ages 13 and over, options include a ladies-only beginner class, mixed novice sessions, family classes for all ages and abilities, and fast-paced intermediate and advanced training featuring pad drills and sparring. The ladies’ class is led by a female instructor with 25 years of experience, while beginner-friendly sessions let participants progress at their own pace. Students can book a free trial to explore the classes. Emulous Martial Arts also highlights child protection, safe practice and adult safeguarding.
