The practice offers accessible, short-term guidance for children approximately four to twelve years old and their parents or caregivers. Its approach is based on working together and exploring solutions through play, helping children discover and practise skills they can use in challenging situations. Support is intended for times when a child feels stuck or out of balance, as well as when parents are uncertain about how to respond to parenting challenges.

The coaching aims to strengthen children’s self-confidence, encourage growth, and help them recognise and experience their own qualities. Rather than simply providing answers, the coach invites children to discover, practise and experience approaches that may help them manage difficult moments. The practice is represented by Nicole Kutschruiter, who welcomes questions by phone or email and offers an informal initial conversation.
