Ennoki Co., Ltd. is a Tokyo-based company working to build a more inclusive, connected community where people of all ages, genders, and abilities can live and work in ways that suit them. Founded from a desire to create employment opportunities for people with intellectual disabilities, Ennoki aims to help individuals use their strengths, choose their work, and develop new possibilities.

Coffee roasting is central to the business. Ennoki sources coffee as directly as possible from producing countries and develops distinctive products, roasting small batches to order with an emphasis on freshness. Its coffee is available through an online shop and at its Kuramae roasting store in Taito, Tokyo.

The company also promotes upcycling and community cooperation, including the KURAMAE Model, which supports circular-economy initiatives in the Kuramae area and beyond. Ennoki connects welfare service providers with businesses, helping plan and develop original products and promotional items informed by each company’s values. It also provides work-experience training for people with disabilities, offering opportunities to build confidence by applying individual abilities.
