Enabling Hands

Enabling Hands is an Adelaide-based provider of person-centred NDIS disability support, serving Salisbury North and surrounding areas in South Australia. Guided by the principle “Where Care Meets Comfort,” the organisation aims to help participants live with dignity, independence and choice. Its approach combines professional care with compassion, tailoring support to each person’s needs, goals and cultural background. Enabling Hands was founded by experienced healthcare professionals with backgrounds in disability support, nursing, aged care and community care, and works alongside families, allied health professionals and support networks.

Services include assistance with personal activities, including high-intensity daily personal activities, community nursing, household tasks, daily living and shared living support, and help with life-stage transitions. The team also provides transport assistance, life-skills development, community access and participation, group and centre activities, and support to access or maintain employment. Through practical, individualised assistance, Enabling Hands helps participants build everyday skills, pursue their interests and form meaningful connections in their communities.
