Enauli

E-Nauli is a technology platform from Liberty Afrika Technologies Ltd. that helps long-distance passenger service vehicle (PSV) operators and courier companies digitize and manage their logistics operations. Its end-to-end system is designed to support both businesses and their customers, with access through desktop and mobile websites, an Android app, and USSD.

The platform includes parcel management tools that coordinate communication between couriers, senders, and recipients, including SMS notifications as parcels move through transit. PSV management supports automated or manual deductions, delivery notes for vehicle owners, and tracking of operating expenses such as fuel and oil. A luggage module helps manage passenger baggage, while first- and last-mile capabilities support broader delivery operations. The payment engine can integrate notifications from preferred payment sources, such as M-Pesa Paybill or bank systems, helping simplify reconciliation.

E-Nauli also provides business analytics and real-time reports on parcels, revenue, deductions, and vehicle expenses. The company reports processing an average of 2,500 parcels daily and serving more than 15 courier and long-distance PSV businesses.
