About Endependence Center
Endependence Center, Incorporated (ECI) is a pioneering brand that aims to empower individuals with disabilities in South Hampton Roads. As a consumer-controlled, community-based Center for Independent Living (CIL), ECI operates with the core philosophy of promoting inclusivity and integration.
