Endless Access is a nonprofit and global community helping learners and educators become digital creators through open-source games, game-making programs, and supportive collaboration. Working with schools, nonprofits, afterschool programs, educators, and partners, it equips underserved learners with tools and mentorship to create games and contribute to community-led projects.
Its learning pathway centers on Threadbare, an open-source game and creative studio experience. Threadbare Explore introduces game-making through short projects; Threadbare Core offers an 18-session program in which learners design stories, art, and code; and Threadbare More guides learners through a 12-session journey into open-source contribution. Across these programs, participants explore game design, art, engineering, publishing, teamwork, and reflective testing while building transferable skills such as creativity and problem-solving.
Endless Access provides free curriculum materials and platform access, with options for self-led learning and community support, instructor training and mentorship, or full program implementation. Its wider community connects learners and educators for feedback and guidance.
