RareEndoERN is a European Reference Network dedicated to rare endocrine conditions. Their mission is to reduce and ultimately eliminate inequalities in care for patients with these disorders in Europe. They achieve this through facilitating knowledge sharing, healthcare, and research.

RareEndoERN offers a wide range of services and products to support patients and healthcare professionals. They have established eight Main Thematic Groups (MTGs) that specialize in specific endocrine conditions, such as adrenal disorders, genetic disorders of glucose and insulin homeostasis, and thyroid conditions. Patients are actively involved in the network through patient representatives, ensuring their needs and experiences are at the forefront of decision-making.

RareEndoERN's activities include knowledge generation, research, clinical activities, and eHealth initiatives. They also participate in clinical trials and provide guidelines for healthcare professionals. With a commitment to continuous monitoring and evaluation, RareEndoERN strives to ensure accessible and consistent care for patients across Europe
