Endonenette is a nonprofit association based in Pau, France, working to make women’s health better understood and supported. Focused on issues including endometriosis, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and adenomyosis, it aims to inform women, help them find appropriate care, and highlight practical ways to manage symptoms. Its activities span the Béarn region and the wider southwest of France.

The association raises awareness through public information stands, artistic exhibitions, workshops, conferences, discussion groups and workplace sessions. Topics include hormonal health, nutrition, sexuality and stress management. It also provides educational materials and an online directory of partner therapists, helping people find reliable information and relevant healthcare professionals. More than 30 practitioners are part of its network, while the association reports reaching over 10,000 people each year.

Endonenette offers companies awareness sessions, educational booklets and opportunities to support its work through sponsorship. Volunteers and donors can contribute to its community projects and the development of Melia, a planned app featuring symptom tracking, personalized correlations and recommendations to help users understand their bodies and prepare for consultations.
