Endwell Northshore is a community-centred space dedicated to reflection, learning, and exploring what it means to live well and die well. Based in North and West Vancouver, British Columbia, it welcomes people seeking support, education, and connection around end-of-life care and grief. Founded by end-of-life doula and educator Tracy Chalmers, Endwell offers end-of-life doula services, grief support, community workshops, and events.
Its educational programs include end-of-life learning for community members, mentorship for doulas, and guidance for people accompanying someone on their end-of-life journey. Offerings also include Natural Touch training, Grief Stories facilitator training, guided meditations, and resources such as The Nature of the Journey and the Living Resource Project. Through The Grief Well, Kinship Journal, grief resources, and a community art initiative, Endwell creates ways to share stories and build understanding.
Seasonal newsletters feature reflections, practices, rituals, and updates on upcoming offerings. Grounded in an appreciation of lifeβs natural cycles, Endwell encourages people to learn together and accompany one another through experiences of living, dying, and grief
