Energycheck24

It arranges electricity and gas contracts for private and business customers, connecting them with energy suppliers through several sales channels, including door-to-door representatives, telephone sales, business outreach and referrals.

For customers, energycheck24 reviews existing energy costs using figures from their latest annual bill and prepares a written comparison of current and potential future costs. Customers can consider the results without committing immediately. Once an order is approved, the company sends structured, checked information to the supplier. People who object to further calls are added to a suppression list in accordance with § 7 UWG.

The brand also supports independent sales representatives and agencies with a digital portal, leads, sales guides, a live call assistant and an online academy. The portal brings together customer records, appointments, documents, territories, targets and commission information.
