Energy and Living

Energy & Living is an IRS-approved 501(c)(3) nonprofit public charity founded in 2020 in Atlanta, Georgia. Its mission is to support people affected by myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS) as they make lifestyle changes, work toward recovery, and re-integrate into society. The organization provides education, practical resources, and community support to help people understand and manage this complex, disabling illness.

Its featured offering is Energy 360, a five-module course for people living with chronic fatigue syndrome. The program takes a holistic approach, covering mental health, nutrition, exercise, sleep, and relaxation.
