Engelhof is a regenerative micro-farm located in Middelharnis, where heaven and earth come together with nature. This brand is dedicated to establishing a harmonious balance between humans and the environment. Inspired by his grandfather's love for nature and his wife's passion, Edwin, the founder, embarked on a quest to counteract the rapid decline in biodiversity.
Engelhof offers a variety of weekly fresh and diverse vegetable and herb packages. By joining their harvest share, you can receive a seasonal assortment of vegetables directly from their farm. Unfortunately, sign-ups for the 2023 season are closed, but you can join the waiting list for 2024.
At Engelhof, the focus is on regenerative agriculture principles, such as minimal interference with the soil and avoiding the use of harmful chemicals. They also operate on a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) model, where you make an upfront payment to support sustainable farming practices and receive weekly packages of locally grown, healthy produce.
