About ENGIE Project
The ENGIE Project is dedicated to empowering girls and promoting gender balance in the field of geosciences and geo-engineering. With a mission to raise interest and awareness, the project aims to inspire young girls to pursue studies and careers in these disciplines. Operating in more than 20 European countries, ENGIE develops an extensive outreach strategy and collaborates with stakeholders to implement impactful initiatives.
Through awareness-raising activities and an inclusive network, ENGIE actively works to create a supportive environment that encourages girls to explore geosciences. The project organizes webinars, video contests, and photo contests, showcasing women who have excelled in the field and sharing their experiences. Additionally, ENGIE offers a geoscience methodology course for teachers to enhance education and foster enthusiasm for geosciences among students.
