About Engine 14 Brewery
Engine 14 Brewery, established in 2021 in Naples, NY, is a tribute to the founder Greg Borden's lifelong passion for craft beer and firefighting. Inspired by his career as a firefighter with the Rochester Fire Department, Greg envisioned a brewery reminiscent of an old firehouse, even incorporating a decommissioned fire truck from his past. Alongside co-founder Kate Borden and their dedicated team, Engine 14 Brewery focuses on creating unique craft beers. Their first brew, a pilsner called "Golden Arm," set the standard for future recipes, emphasizing quality and creativity.
The brewery also boasts a dynamic team, including Head Brewer Pete Hess, who brings years of brewing experience, and Bar Manager Brandon Ball, a local beer enthusiast. Future expansions include an Executive Chef position to complement their offerings with delicious culinary creations.
