Engineering Resource Group

Engineering Resource Group (ERG) is a family-owned staffing and recruiting firm founded in 1991, specializing in engineering and engineering-support roles. With more than 35 years of industry experience, the company serves employers and job seekers across New Jersey, the New York City and Philadelphia metropolitan areas, and Southern Connecticut, with a focus on local candidates. ERG recruits for contract, temporary, contract-to-direct, and permanent positions, including engineers, designers and CAD drafters, technicians, and other technical professionals. Its openings span fields such as mechanical, electrical, civil, manufacturing, quality, and scientific work.

ERG emphasizes experienced, technically informed service: all account executives have engineering degrees, recruiters average more than 15 years of experience, and staff work from the Parsippany, New Jersey office rather than using overseas recruiters. The firm aims to build long-term relationships with clients and candidates, guided by experience, competence, and trust. Services include staffing requests, resume submissions, and employment-status support. Contract employee benefits include paid time off and holiday pay, health and dental insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
