English Twenty

The English Twenty Club is the governing body of English fullbore target shooting, with a history dating to 1864 and the volunteer force movement. It supports competitors across several shooting disciplines, including Target Rifle, Gallery Rifle, F-Class and 300m shooting, and promotes participation for young shooters and people with disabilities. The club organises competitions and represents England in domestic and international matches, including the National, Mackinnon, Lawrence and European Long Range events.

Its annual Spring Meeting is open to members and non-members and features Target Rifle and F-Class events. The club also develops talent through the English Lions programme, which provides coaching and mentoring, and supports England teams and tours. Members and visitors can access competition information, historical records, training resources, newsletters and guidance on getting involved.

The club’s website also provides membership information and a shop offering England caps and other merchandise. Through its events, teams and development programmes, the English Twenty Club brings together shooters and helps sustain the traditions and future of English fullbore target shooting
