Rauman Enkkutarha is a private, family-oriented kindergarten in Rauma, Finland, maintained by the non-profit Rauman englanninkielinen lastentarhayhdistys ry, founded in 1984. It provides early childhood education in a welcoming, safe and encouraging environment, where play is central to learning and children are supported to participate, explore, make mistakes and try again. Finnish is the main language, with English used alongside it in everyday activities.

Children encounter English naturally through play and daily routines; prior knowledge of the language is not required, and children of all language backgrounds are welcome. The kindergarten aims to nurture curiosity about languages and cultures while supporting each child’s development in both Finnish and English. Its three groups are Busy Bumblebees, Clever Foxes and Wise Owls.

Daily practice is guided by values including child-centred participation, learning through play, partnership with families, small-group activities, warm interaction, safety and sustainability. The kindergarten works in accordance with national and Rauma city early childhood education plans, and families may take part in and support its activities
