Enlighten Nutrition Coaching LLC

Enlighten Nutrition Coaching is a Christ-centered wellness brand founded by Alissa to help women care for their body, soul, and spirit. Its approach combines personalized nutrition and lifestyle guidance with faith-based encouragement, viewing health as a whole-person journey rather than a quick fix. Coaching explores practical habits related to food, movement, rest, digestion, detox, and emotional well-being, while incorporating Biblical wisdom and spiritual support.

Clients can choose from three coaching packages: Rooted, a one-month foundational reset; Renew, a three-month program focused on sustainable habits and household meal planning; and Rise, a six-month journey that includes an evolving wellness plan, identity and purpose coaching, and guidance on creating a healthier home. The brand also offers individual wellness and faith integration sessions, as well as follow-up coaching for existing and past clients. In addition to one-on-one support, Alissa provides Christ-centered holistic wellness talks for women’s groups, churches, retreats, and other events. Enlighten’s services are designed to offer compassionate, practical support tailored to each woman’s needs and season of life.
