ENoLL, the European Network of Living Labs, is an international, non-profit association that promotes co-creation and open innovation through real-life test and experimentation environments called Living Labs. These Living Labs bring together citizens, government, industry, and academia to foster collaborative innovation. ENoLL facilitates knowledge exchange and project partnerships among its 480+ members in Europe and worldwide.

ENoLL aims to influence EU policies, enhance Living Labs, and enable their implementation globally. Since its founding in 2006, ENoLL has grown to include over 340 accredited Living Labs. It has formed networks in countries like Brazil, China, Africa, and France, and has established partnerships with organizations such as the European Commission and Future Centre Alliance Japan.

ENoLL offers various services, including capacity building, labelling and certification, task forces, and knowledge materials such as webinars, podcasts, and publications. Through its initiatives, ENoLL strives to establish a platform for collaborative and co-creative innovation, involving users in the innovation process and boosting European competitiveness
