Enseña por Colombia is a non-profit organization dedicated to building a more equitable country through collective leadership development in the education sector. As part of the global Teach For All network, which operates in 60 countries, Enseña por Colombia creates transformative leadership experiences for professionals, teachers, students, families, and educational leaders. These experiences are delivered through programs, learning communities, meeting spaces, and learning catalysts that cultivate collective leadership in designing and implementing technical and adaptive solutions to various challenges in a contextualized manner.

Recently, Enseña por Colombia was recognized by the World Economic Forum for its innovative approach to pedagogical leadership. This recognition highlights the organization's commitment to future-oriented education, inclusive learning, and purpose-driven integration. Enseña por Colombia is currently inviting professionals to join their LIDERA program, aimed at teaching and transforming the education system in Colombia.

They are also running the Conexión Docente program to provide training and support to teachers in Urabá, Valle del Cauca, Valledupar, and surrounding areas. With a mission to improve education quality, Enseña por Colombia is actively working towards creating a better future for all
