Enso Center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit cultural and martial arts organization serving Redmond and the Greater Seattle area. The Mix family has taught martial arts in Redmond and around the world since 1986. Enso Center offers a welcoming place for people of different ages and skill levels to learn, build fitness and focus, and connect with others.
Programs include Hapkido, Tai Chi, weapons training, archery, yoga, adaptive Hapkido, and private lessons. The center also provides a Personal and Community Safety program with free livestream and on-demand content, as well as seasonal yoga, summer camp, events, and seminars. Families are encouraged to train together, and some classes welcome students as young as six.
Located near Perrigo Park, the center has more than 12 wooded acres, ample parking, and a spacious dojo. Its mission is to promote awareness, understanding, and harmony across personal, cultural, ecological, and ideological contexts. Activities also encompass nature, languages, literacy, communication, and fine arts, supporting strong, sustainable communities.
