EnterpriseNGR is a member-led advocacy group that is dedicated to promoting the growth and development of Nigeria's Financial and Professional Services (FPS) sector. As the largest economy in Africa, Nigeria has the potential to be Africa's premier financial center. However, to achieve this, the FPS sector needs to work together and speak with one voice.

EnterpriseNGR aims to foster an enabling and stable policy environment that promotes an open market and competitiveness. To accomplish their mission, EnterpriseNGR engages in both private sector and public sector advocacy. They work towards creating a favorable operating environment for the FPS sector and championing Nigeria's transformation into an international financial center.

Additionally, EnterpriseNGR conducts research and thought leadership on important topics impacting the Nigerian FPS sector. EnterpriseNGR also offers initiatives such as the Youth of Enterprise (YOE) Internship Program, which empowers the next generation of workplace talent. They also collaborate with the AIG Foundation and the Office of the Head of Civil Service of the Federation on the Leadership Enhancement and Development Programme(LEAD-P), which aims to build capacity in the Federal Civil Service.
