Entrecôte Fédérale is a traditional family-run bistro in central Bern, facing the Federal Parliament Building on Bundesplatz. Run by the Uehlinger family since 1999, the restaurant combines warm hospitality and an historic setting with a focused menu of carefully selected meat and fish dishes.
