EntrePanas is a brand that specializes in providing gluten-free products made from breadfruit. Founded in 2014, EntrePanas initially operated as a farm planted with Breadfruit trees to produce traditional tostones. However, when faced with gluten intolerance, the brand shifted its focus to gluten-free bread recipes using Breadfruit flour.
EntrePanas takes pride in being the first and only producer of Breadfruit Bread without Gluten, offering a delightful and nutritious alternative to regular bread. The brand's journey began with the purchase of a large tract of land in Utuado, PR, where they planted 400 Breadfruit trees. Over the years, they expanded their operations, experimented with creative recipes, and incorporated Finca dos Hermanas to produce breadfruit for their brand.
