Sport dans la Ville

Entrepreneurs dans la Ville is an entrepreneurship support programme run by Sport dans la Ville, a French association that helps young people access opportunities through sport, education and employment initiatives. The programme supports aspiring business owners and entrepreneurs from the earliest idea through to business growth, offering tailored guidance at each stage. Its four pathways include a six-month Starter course to test an idea and build a viable business model; a 12-month Incubation programme with workshops, individual guidance, mentoring and networking; a 12-month Accelerator focused on strategy and scaling; and an alumni community that sustains connections and opportunities beyond the formal programme.

Participants can access coworking spaces, expert advice, mentors and a national network of entrepreneurs. The programme is funded by partners, so selected entrepreneurs have no out-of-pocket cost. Since 2007, it has supported 1,574 entrepreneurs, who have created 920 businesses; 91% of those businesses remained active three years after launch.
