They are the pioneers in using Rope Dyed Technology in the denim industry in Bangladesh. Envoy Textiles prides itself on being a backward integrated facility, with its own spinning facility capable of producing 70 tonnes of yarns per day.
Their sustainable production processes include using fibers from sustainable sourcing like Organic, PCW, and BCI, as well as implementing Ozone finishing and Aero Finish processes to reduce environmental impact. They also have state-of-the-art Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) that saves 100 million liters of natural water every year. Additionally, their E-Lab is equipped with environment-friendly Laser and Ozone Wash machines.
Apart from focusing on sustainable production, Envoy Textiles is also dedicated to employee welfare and CSR activities. They have established a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit for burn patients at the Dhaka Medical Hospital, setting a precedent in the country. Their efforts have been recognized and honored by the Bangladesh Government on numerous occasions, including being a nine-time winner of the National Export Trophy and receiving the President’s Award for Industrial Development in Bangladesh.
