Its work includes designing, building and exporting satellite ground receiving stations for the reception and processing of low- to medium-resolution Earth observation imagery. These systems serve customers such as meteorological institutes, environmental agencies, government ministries responsible for fishing, and coast guards. Recent project locations include Mongolia, Cuba, Malaysia, China, Indonesia, Vietnam and Greece.

For more than 12 years, eOsphere has worked on projects intended to create positive impact in countries worldwide. More recently, it has focused on using Earth observation to support the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Examples include improving severe-weather and climate resilience for herding communities in Mongolia, and supporting pasture management for herders in Kyrgyzstan. Its diverse projects share a focus on applying satellite data to environmental understanding and decision-making.
