EOS Technology Solutions GmbH provides technology services and systems for the international EOS Group, which operates in more than 24 countries. The company advises EOS businesses on strategic and operational IT, supports technology projects and implements rollouts of new solutions. Its work aims to create shared value through IT services, security and architecture, while identifying opportunities for collaboration across the group.

EOS Technology Solutions offers self-service and managed services on a secure IT infrastructure for more than 6,000 users in Europe. Its services include service desk support, end-user computing, application support and collaboration tools. The company also develops customer-focused digital products, including online portals where people can update their address, view information about outstanding balances and arrange payments.

A key product is Kollecto+, a modular, web-based debt collection platform developed for use across EOS companies. It helps standardise processes while accommodating local market needs and legal requirements. The company combines on-premises IT and public cloud components, with plans to migrate its applications fully to the cloud over the medium term.
