EPAL Design

Epal is one of Iceland’s oldest design retailers, founded in 1975. With five stores in Iceland and an online shop, it brings together furniture, lighting, homeware and gifts from leading international designers alongside products by Icelandic creatives. Its broad range includes chairs, tables, sofas, shelving and outdoor furniture, as well as lamps, kitchen and tableware, textiles, decorative objects and accessories for children. Customers can browse by product type, room, designer or brand, with collections from names such as Louis Poulsen, HAY, Muuto and Carl Hansen & Søn.

Supporting Icelandic design has been part of Epal’s work since its beginnings. The store offers furniture, interior objects and graphic design from more than 30 Icelandic designers, including pieces that may be available nowhere else.
