EPER

EPER, or Electrical Plant and Equipment Recovery, is an online resource provided by JACO Services Pty Ltd for the electrical industry. Its purpose is to help plant and equipment removed from service find opportunities for reuse, reducing needless disposal in landfill. Individuals and organisations can notify EPER of upcoming plant removals, which are then advertised on the site so potential buyers can assess the equipment’s reuse value.

The site provides listings across several categories, including diesel equipment, low-voltage and high-voltage plant, transformers, motors, and miscellaneous items. These listings offer a practical point of connection between those managing equipment removal and parties seeking electrical plant or related equipment for another application. EPER also includes information about its mission, a disclaimer, useful links, and software resources. The website is operated by JACO Services Pty Ltd, which trades as EPER, and provides an email contact for enquiries. By bringing available equipment to the attention of prospective users, EPER supports a more resource-conscious approach to handling surplus electrical plant.
