It provides full-service support for estate liquidation, private collections, and real estate, with an emphasis on clear communication, careful documentation, disciplined marketing, and discreet, professional handling. Services include estate evaluations, coordinated logistics, cataloging, sale execution, estate buyouts and cleanouts, and support for downsizing and senior transitions.

The company also conducts online and real estate auctions, offers appraisals and probate inventory valuation, and assists with business liquidations, consignments, firearm services, and benefit auctions. Personal property sales can include jewelry, antiques, art, sporting items, collectibles, and other specialty collections, marketed to qualified bidders. For real estate, Epic Auctions provides auction and advisory services for residential, commercial, and special-use properties.

Its approach is tailored to each situation, with recommendations on timing, handling, marketing exposure, and coordination when property and personal assets are sold together. Epic Auctions also offers free consultations to review client needs and explain service options
