EPP Books Services is a Ghanaian bookseller serving readers, students, schools, retailers and libraries across Ghana and the wider West African sub-region. Its broad catalogue includes children’s schoolbooks and readers, secondary and university textbooks, self-help and development titles, dictionaries, cookbooks, novels and other popular books. The company sells books through retail and wholesale channels, supported by a network of retail bookshops and trade discounts for retailers.
Its services extend beyond book sales. EPP Books Services handles special orders using a database of books in print, and supplies libraries through its experience and relationships with publishers. It also arranges local printing under reprint licences when imported books are too expensive for the Ghanaian market. Publishing services for the West African sub-region are offered through its associate company, EPP Services. Additional consultancy includes market research and guidance on establishing bookshops and resource centres. The company also promotes books by Ghanaian authors, including titles on history, culture and subjects such as recycled glass bead making.
