เอปสัน ประเทศไทย จำกัด มีความมุ่งมั่นที่จะมอบเทคโนโลยีทางภาพและผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ดีที่สุดแก่ลูกค้าผ่านการพัฒนานวัตกรรมและความร่วมมืออันต่อเนื่อง โดยก่อตั้งขึ้นในประเทศไทย เมื่อเดือนตุลาคม พ.ศ. 2533 เป็นบริษัทในเครือของไซโก เอปสัน คอร์ปอเรชั่น ที่ประเทศญี่ปุ่น โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมการขายและการตลาดของผลิตภัณฑ์เอปสันในประเทศไทยและภูมิภาคอินโดจีน อีกทั้งเป็นศูนย์กลางการดำเนินงานในประเทศพม่า ลาว และกัมพูชา เอปสัน ประเทศไทย ดำเนินการขายผลิตภัณฑ์เกี่ยวกับการพิมพ์แบบครบวงจรอย่างเต็มรูปแบบ รวมถึงเครื่องพิมพ์อิงค์เจ็ทสำหรับผู้บริโภค เครื่องสแกนภาพ เครื่องพิมพ์อิงค์เจ็ทธุรกิจและเครื่องพิมพ์เลเซอร์ เครื่องพิมพ์ขนาดใหญ่, มัลติมีเดียโปรเจคเตอร์, เครื่องพิมพ์ใบเสร็จรับเงินและอุปกรณ์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ต่างๆ พร้อมทั้งมีเครือข่ายในประเทศไทยที่กว้างขวาง ซึ่งรวม 205 คู่ค้าจดทะเบียนและดำเนินงาน 85 ศูนย์บริการ และหนึ่งโซลูชั่นเซ็นเตอร์เพื่อให้การสนับสนุนและบริการที่ดีที่สุดสำหรับลูกค้า นอกจากนี้ เอปสัน ประเทศไทย ยังมุ่งมั่นที่จะแสดงความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมไทย ด้วยการมีส่วนร่วมอย่างแข็งขันในโครงการความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมในด้านหลักๆ ได้แก่ กีฬา การศึกษา และการพัฒนาทักษะ เพื่อพัฒนาและปรับปรุงคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนในประเทศไทย โครงการความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมขององค์กรเอปสัน ประเทศไทย ได้แก่ โครงการในปี พ.ศ. 2551 ซึ่งบริษัทได้มอบสื่อการเรียนรู้สำหรับเด็กพิการแก่โรงเรียนโสตศึกษาทุ่งมหาเมฆ และยังได้สนับสนุนโครงการปลูกผักไฮโดรโปนิกส์ของโรงเรียนอีกด้วย
