EqualArmor

EqualArmor Academy is a non-profit martial arts and wellness association based in Cassarate, Lugano, Switzerland. Its welcoming training environment is open to beginners and competitors, with a focus on respect, sound technique, controlled practice, and community values. The academy offers MMA, boxing, wrestling and submission grappling, kickboxing and Muay Thai, Wushu, and practical self-defence. Members can also take functional athletic yoga, meditation and breathwork, and fitness and combat-conditioning classes.

Children and teenagers can join age-specific martial arts programs for ages 5–10 and 11–14, while the Art & Sport youth program combines movement and creative activities in an after-school setting. For professionals and organisations, EqualArmor provides close-protection and executive-bodyguard services, tactical security and restraint training, corporate martial team-building, and an instructor certification pathway.

A free trial class is available, and the academy hosts a free, open self-defence workshop on the first Friday of each month, with no membership or prior experience required.
