Since 1999, its guiding idea has been that each person’s path and definition of success are different. The practice offers coaching for leaders, including horse-assisted work on communication, confidence and leadership, as well as support for self-management, boundaries and teamwork. Its programs also include coach training and further education, with horses and coaching skills forming core parts of the equi-valent Coach training.
Children’s programs help participants explore courage, trust, social skills and self-confidence through gentle, playful encounters with horses. For riders, coaching-informed lessons focus on the connection between horse and person, including the mental and physical awareness involved in riding. Horse encounters are also available without riding and can be shaped around individual needs.
Sessions take place at a farm in a natural setting, with nature coaching offered among the available themes
