HRC Equidad AR is the Argentine chapter of the Equidad initiative, driven by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation in various countries in the region. It serves as a self-assessment tool aimed at improving internal processes within companies in terms of diversity and LGBT+ inclusion. The HRC Equidad AR 2022 report highlights the leading companies in LGBT+ inclusion in Argentina, promoting inclusive workspaces for the diverse community.

This initiative is a collaboration between the Argentine Institute of LGBT+ Public Policies and the Human Rights Campaign, the world's largest sexual diversity NGO. HRC Equidad AR is a 100% voluntary and free certification program, implemented through a methodology based on the experience of the Human Rights Campaign in the United States, creators of the Corporate Equality Index. The key pillars of HRC Equidad AR are the adoption of non-discrimination policies, employee ally groups and diversity and inclusion councils, as well as public activities to support LGBT+ inclusion.

Participating in HRC Equidad AR is simple and confidential, allowing companies to assess and improve their diversity and inclusion policies. Additionally, the initiative evaluates training programs and initiatives focusing on the LGBT+ population carried out by companies operating in Argentina.
