Equidus K9

Equidus K9 is a Pennsylvania dog-training provider based in Mohnton, offering personalized programs designed to help dogs and their owners build calmer, more confident relationships. The company describes its approach as science-based and compassion-driven, using modern, humane methods tailored to each dog rather than a one-size-fits-all course. Its trainers provide services throughout Pennsylvania and welcome dogs of all breeds and ages.

Programs cover puppy foundations, including socialization, crate training, leash walking, and basic commands, as well as obedience training for reliable manners and recall in everyday settings. Owners can choose private lessons, in-home training, or board and train, where dogs stay with a trainer for immersive instruction and receive follow-up guidance. Equidus K9 also offers behavior modification for issues such as barking, chewing, jumping, and anxiety, along with specialized training for aggression and reactivity toward people, animals, or noises. For working and high-drive dogs, protection and sport training focuses on precision obedience, drive development, and handler skills.
