Equi-Feeds Equestrian

Equi-Feeds is a South African horse-feed brand that draws on years of experience and customer feedback to produce scientifically balanced nutrition for horses. Its mill, located near Cape Town, sources ingredients including oats, barley, lupins and canola from the Cape grain lands. Certified as an export facility under South African Department of Agriculture regulations, the mill makes feeds in both pelleted and muesli-style meal forms and is positioned to serve international markets.

The product range supports horses at different life stages and activity levels. It includes sport, leisure, maintenance, show, conditioning, racing, breeding and veteran feeds, as well as balancers and fibre options such as lucerne, shandy and oaten chaff. Equi-Feeds also offers products including Pasture Plus, Alfalfa Plus, Fibre Plus and Dodson & Horrell KwikBeet. Its export division provides industry expertise and has developed products for African and Middle Eastern markets. Customers can use the brand’s feed planner and advice resources to help select suitable nutrition, find stockists, and place orders by email, fax or telephone.
