Equi Feri

Equi Feri provides manual lymphatic drainage and nutritional advice for horses in the southern Netherlands. Founded by Lisette Smeets, the practice focuses on supporting horses’ overall condition and wellbeing through gentle, rhythmic massage intended to stimulate lymph flow and encourage the removal of waste products. Treatments take place in the horse’s familiar surroundings and generally last between one and one and a half hours, depending on the horse and its needs.

Equi Feri considers nutrition, management and training as part of the horse’s health and recovery, and incorporates these factors into its treatment plan. Lisette also offers a free telephone consultation to discuss a horse’s situation and possible support. The service is intended to complement veterinary care, not replace it: Equi Feri is not a veterinary practice and does not diagnose conditions. Lisette consults with the horse’s veterinarian when needed. She is registered as a manual lymphatic drainage therapist and certified in equine lymphatic drainage.
