Equimomentum

Equimomentum is the equestrian training and horse-therapy practice of Christina Andrick, based in Wallenhorst, Germany. It supports riders who want to develop not only their technique but also greater body awareness and a more balanced, harmonious partnership with their horse. Christina specializes in seat training and individual riding lessons, helping riders improve balance, influence, and the clarity of their aids. Her approach focuses on helping each rider recognize and address imbalances, with the aim of finding solutions they can apply independently rather than relying on numerous aids.

Equimomentum also offers osteopathic and physiotherapeutic treatments for horses, along with targeted exercises to support mobility, ease tension, and promote wellbeing. Christina combines these services with practical training to help maintain the horse’s health through thoughtful riding and everyday movement. Treatments may be offered on their own or alongside riding instruction, according to the needs of the horse and rider. Through this combination of rider education and equine care, Equimomentum aims to foster a safe, balanced, and sustainable working relationship between horse and human.
